The following are the terms and conditions that apply for all the transactions on cartwala the website. Please read it carefully and take a copy of it.

Payments, Shipping & Returns Policy

Payments:

Cartwala accepts Debit Cards, Credit Cards, NetBanking & Wallets for payments.

Shipping

Shipment processing time

Cartwala offers to ship to cities all over India. Customers usually receive their orders within 7 -8 working days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone

Once your Cartwala.in order ships it must go to the address provided at the time you place your order. If you cannot receive or pick up your order after three attempts by the courier, it will come back to our warehouse.

Any refund against RTO orders will be not initiated, You can Request Us to Re-Ship it with New Actual Address & Contact Details. We will reship it on next working Day.

Returns

Cartwala offers a replacement guarantee only if the product received is damaged/defective. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] within 2 days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced. We will provide a shipping address that you can ship your order back to Cartwala will dispatch a replacement as soon as we receive your returned order. We do not exchange products if the customer has ordered the wrong item. We do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be accurate. The brightness, contrast, and resolution of your screen will make the color of the product look slightly different. Return/exchange will not be applicable if the product is disliked by the customer, or if a wrong product was ordered.

Printing Terms & Cancellation Policy

Images:The images of the product are only for expository purposes and may differ from the exact product. The colors of the product may look different on the site due to differences in monitors.

Product Details:
Some products have related photos/images. Those are only for reference purposes.

Cancellation of Orders:
You may appeal to cancel your order for a refund, up to 2 hours after the date and time of the order. The cancellation requests will be accepted within 2 hours. We will deduct 60rs as a processing fee for the number of orders you place on cartwala. Cancellation after 2hours will not be accepted. You agree to the terms of the cartwala when you buy the product and service.
Note:
If you made an order without uploading the image in customized cover, we will send a mail to you to give the image and if you don’t share the photo within a week, we will proceed with your order without that cover and no refund will be issued in that case.

TRADE MARKS:

Cartwala trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Cartwala, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Cartwala. All other trademarks not owned by Cartwala or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners.

All logos, brands, marks headings, labels, names, signatures, numerals, shapes, or any combinations thereof, appearing in this site, except as otherwise noted, are properties either owned or used under license, by the business and/or its associate entities who feature on this Website.
