Order Processing:
Most of our products are personalised and made specially for each customer. Orders will be processed after receiving the required photos, names, text, or other customisation details from the customer.

Delivery Time:
Orders are generally delivered within 7–8 working days after the order and customisation details are confirmed.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking:
Tracking information will be shared with the customer when available after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays:
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Packages:
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos and an unboxing video of the package and product. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Address Responsibility:
Customers are requested to provide a complete and correct delivery address and phone number. Cartwala Gift Shop will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
