Cartwala Gift Shop provides personalised and customised gift products including photo frames, magic mirrors, customised mugs, T-shirts, keychains and other personalised gifts.

Customers are responsible for providing correct photos, names, spelling, dates, text, sizes and other customisation details required for their order.

2. Image Quality
The final print quality depends on the quality and resolution of the photo provided by the customer. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the best possible output from the submitted image.

3. Colours and Product Appearance
Actual product colours, print colours and appearance may vary slightly from images displayed on the website due to screen settings, printing processes, materials and lighting conditions.

4. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable price will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

Orders will be processed according to the payment options available at checkout.

5. Order Confirmation and Customisation
Personalised orders will be processed after we receive the necessary customisation details. Customers should carefully check all information provided before confirming their order.

6. Order Cancellation
Personalised or customised orders may only be cancelled before production has started. Once customisation or production has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally delivered within 7–8 working days after the order and required customisation details are confirmed. Delivery times may vary due to location, courier services, holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Because personalised products are made specifically for each customer, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

9. Customer-Provided Content
By submitting photos, text or other content for personalisation, the customer confirms that they have the necessary right or permission to use that content for the requested product.

10. Website Use
Customers must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operation, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Cartwala Gift Shop may update these terms when necessary. Updated terms will be published on our website.
